| What is your return policy? |
|
 We have a 30 day return policy. If you don’t like the color of your Gorilla Cover just send it back and tell us which color you like. We will get it out to you promptly.To date, we have had very few Gorilla Bag returns. Once a bag is open it is pretty much impossible to return it unless you have an amazing supersized vacuum. If you haven't opened your bag and you want to ship it back, we will be happy to take it. Email our support team for further return instructions and address. Gorilla Bags does not pay for return shipping. |

| What about shipping? |
|
We know you're excited to receive your bag (who wouldn't be?). Most bags will ship within a few days although at times it may take up to two weeks to process. Gorilla Bags are actually made when you order, and unlike other companies, your "fresh" bag hasn't been sitting around packed in a warehouse for six months. In addition, we ship our bags via Fedex ground which may take up to 7 business days depending on the destination. Please note that Gorilla Bags and Gorilla Pillows are shipped in different boxes, with different shipping numbers, and may likely arrive on different days. But don't worry, you'll get your entire order.

| What is your warranty? |

All bags have a one year warranty. Warranty covers tears, rips, and anything else that will in all likelihood never happen. Please email our support team at if you need assistance. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| How do I care for my bag? |
|
Please use love and affection when caring for your bag. They may be tough, but they need lots o’ love. Gorilla Bag Covers are cold-water machine washable. However, because we use the best material available, you should not have to wash the cover. Just use a damp wash rag to wipe off that dropped pizza. Gorilla Bags only need to be flipped and fluffed every once and a while to enjoy maximum comfort. |

| Will it fit in my living space? |

Yes. Gorilla Bags are measured in diameter. Just borrow your neighbors measuring tape to see how much room it will take up in your living area. Many people have Gorilla Bags not only in their Bill Gate sized houses but also in their 800 sq ft apartments. Those crappy beads inside bean bags are stiff, break down, and then spill all over your carpet when the vinyl breaks. On the other hand, Gorilla Bags are covered with the highest-quality, most comfortable fabric available.
